novel by Jonathan Franzen. After the fantastic "The Corrections", another book about the American family. Here, too, to a Swede center stage, starting from Minnesota to go to Washington and New York. Rural America in comparison with the elite political, cultural and economic ties difficult family and dramatic depths. Very well written, engaging, not desperate, but desperate, read the American company from 80 to the present without analyzing the political, but dissecting the voters. Great novel, to read.
